Hi there, I'm Leah!

Sometimes life can be tough and challenging. We may fell stressed, overwhelmed and isolated. Life transitions can be difficult and take effort, dedication and motivation. I am a licensed clinical social worker CBT practitioner with decades of experience working with individuals navigating life’s journey with chronic illness, grief, anxiety an depression. CBT is a highly effective and evidenced based therapy approach that focuses on identifying and changing unhealthy patters of thinking and behavior. CBT empowers you to target underlying causes of your issues and restructure and reframe them. Learn to recognize cognitive distortions and unhealthy core beliefs. Learn how to use adaptive thinking strategies to turn them around, focus on breathing skills and mindfulness. You get to reset and start again! I can help you face these challenges in a safe and supportive environment. I understand that each individual is unique and that’s why I tailor our therapy sessions to meet your specific needs and goals. I will work closely with you to create a personalized treatment plan that addresses your challenges and empowers you to make changes for long term transformation.
