Hi there, I'm Suzanne!

I have 17 years of experience treating individuals, adolescents, adults, and families from all walks of life through a trauma-informed lens. I can help you identify your challenges, guide you to meet your goals, and support you in becoming your personal best! You can find the strength to welcome change and learn ways to improve your life and relationships. Therapy allows us to look at the problem areas in our lives in a safe and non-judgmental environment to find ways to make the changes we desire. I work with clients to help manage the feelings associated with life's struggles; recognize, understand and change self-defeating patterns; heal past pain; discover and foster inner strength, and learn new ways to cope that allow a person to get what they want and feel good about themselves. I have practiced in various settings, including community-based, crisis, inpatient psychiatry, and outpatient settings serving a diverse clientele. My therapy style focuses on the specific needs of the client. It may be short-term therapy to deal with a particular problem or more extensive treatment to help gain insight into long-term dysfunctional patterns and issues. I am committed to helping my clients reach their personal goals & realize their full potential. I use modalities that make sense to the individual’s presenting symptoms and personality.
