Hi there, I'm Jennifer!

Hello, hello! I am Jennifer (she/her) and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Southern California. I am passionate about mental health and breaking the stigma. I provide a safe nonjudge mental place where clients can become the best versions of themselves. I believe past experiences affect our current functioning and through the integration of our whole self, there is healing. I work from a lens of unconditional positive regard for each of my clients, embracing the awkwardness of therapy and a space where authenticity flourishes. I feel honored to bear witness to each of my client's stories and walk alongside you in your journey. I have extensive experience working with mood disorders, LGBTIA, self-esteem, women’s issues, cultural diversity, racial injustice, divorce, suicide prevention, personality disorders, crisis intervention, trauma, PTSD, relapse prevention, and survivors of domestic violence.
