Hi there, I'm Soua!

Do you want to live a more satisfying life, and develop deeper and more meaningful relationships? I seek to help clients develop goals for their growth and structured sessions in accomplishing small gains that will eventually lead to great progress. I have over 15 years of experience in the clinical field with children, couples, parenting, and individuals specializing in domestic violence, behavioral problems, anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality disorders. I use a variety of modalities including dialectical behavioral therapy and interpersonal psychotherapy. Together, we can work through your struggles to manage and adapt your coping skills and thought patterns. I understand therapy as a collaborative approach between the client and the therapist. I believe we all have the ability to create positive changes. Whether the session is done in person or through Telehealth, I strive to tailor each session to your level of comfort to provide you with a safe space for healing. I look forward to hearing from you, and I would be honored to help you start your journey to healing.
