My approach to therapy is client-centered and nonjudgmental. I draw techniques from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe each client is an expert in their life. My hope for you is that you feel safe and comfortable in session, while you uncover your own truths and increase self-awareness.
