Hi there, I'm Rebecca!

Becca Saville, LCSW specializes in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, and depression assisting adults to maximize their mental health. Using the evidence-based therapy of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), disturbing emotions of memories from adulthood and childhood can be let go to more fully enjoy life in the present. Learning how to cope with mental illness and emotional and behavioral disturbances is an essential service for clients. Also, the Practical Application of Intimate Relationship Skills (PAIRS) helps couples reach their optimal functioning. Interpersonal interactions are honed to bring greater pleasure to relationships. As a spouse of a Navy Chaplain veteran, I am familiar with the unique challenges of military life. Raising our three children gives me greater insight into interpersonal family dynamics in the treatment of couples and families.
