Hi there, I'm Kelley!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is passionate about facilitating healing for people with mental health symptoms, through processing trauma and learning beneficial coping skills to optimally manage their lives. Although I am trained in many methods, my expertise lies in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). The orientation and focus of our therapeutic environment will be rooted in the recovery model where healing is holistic and client-driven, and an individual’s resiliency and strengths are identified and actualized for healing opportunities.
