Hi there, I'm Erin!

Are you feeling stuck, lonely, or depressed? Life isn’t always easy. Even the strongest people amongst us need a little bit of help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems. Everyone has battles to fight and hurdles to overcome at some point. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or any other issue, you should know that there is hope for a better tomorrow. You might be initially hesitant to seek out help and support for personal matters, but when you do, you will feel confident that you are taking a courageous first step towards getting to a better place and being a better you. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults, as well as couples & families. I utilize various treatment modalities including DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, and play therapy. I utilize a client-centered and systems approach and support my clients to lead their own sessions. I don’t believe that any of us were created to do life alone. We weren’t created to feel lonely, or pained by sadness and confusion from our past. I look forward to creating a relationship with you that will allow you space to heal and grow, becoming the person YOU WANT TO BE!
