Hello, and welcome to my private practice. As a therapist, I see many intelligent, hardworking, and loving clients unconsciously fall into self-sabotage patterns—struggling daily with thoughts that create anxiety and depression and make life dull and heavy. Our brains can sometimes be our worst enemies. As your therapist, I will help you create a better narrative of your life where negative emotions can be felt and released, allowing growth, understanding, and acceptance.
