Hi there, I'm Ardith!

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. I believe that working to build or rebuild a relationship with yourself will help build better relationships with others, as well as, improve other major areas in your life. In addition, I work on building communication skills and understanding communication styles that will further help in building healthy and positive interactions. More importantly, I provide a non-judgmental and safe place to work with YOU to choose the goals of your therapy and provide help in the process of either building insight or simply learning new skills to manage everyday life. I specialize in life transitions, intergenerational conflicts, cultural identity, Pacific Islander/Asian Americans, relationships, ethnic diversity issues, LGBTQ+, and student life.
