Hello! Whatever brought you here today, I assure you that we can get through it together. The hardest part is taking the step and being here. Our day-to-day life is tough as it is; allow therapy to be an outlet for you to express yourself in a safe space and find solutions that work for you.
My approach
I pull from different theories and approaches based on your needs. I often describe my practice as solution-focused, psychodynamic, and strengths-based. In our sessions, we work on utilizing or finding your strengths to help you reach your goal. It will feel collaborative as we work towards your goals and help you to find meaning and happiness in your life.
My focus
I enjoy working with adults managing stress and self-care. I also have a background in working with victims of crime and abuse.
My communication style
You are the expert in your life and our sessions can help you find clarity in some difficult moments in your life. I am here to help guide you to make your own decisions and uncover any patterns of behavior that may be impeding you from reaching your full potential.
My journey to mental healthcare
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults managing depression, trauma, and anxiety. From July 2014 to February 2017, I completed my clinical hours for licensure at Tessie Cleveland Community Services Corp. located at 8019 S. Compton Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90001.
