Hi there, I'm Alea!

Hello! My name is Alea Jackson, and I am a licensed mental health professional with over 18 years of experience working in private practice, private sector, and public sector behavioral health organizations. As a trained and experienced Therapist, I’ve learned that the story, the pain, and the collection of struggles are unique to each of us. My client’s story and lived experience matter to me. I help my clients protect their well-being through trauma, stressors, anxiety, depression, and much more. I am trained in a range of modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, which have been beneficial to my clients. My passion is helping my clients to find healing through the therapeutic experience so they can have optimal wellness and improved quality of life.
