Hi there, I'm Par!

I provide telehealth psychotherapy and counseling sessions. I specialize in working with people dealing with various challenges in reaching their goals. I use an existential and eclectic approach to therapy that employs empathy, pragmatism, and a future focus. I meet clients where they are and tailor my approach to meet the specific needs of each individual, couple, or family. I believe in our ability as human beings to heal and move forward in spite of the difficulties life can present. I look forward to working with you.
