Hi there, I'm Angela!

Are you struggling to identify what you need? Are you in transition or want to make a change? Do you feel stuck repeating the same day over and over again? Do you often find yourself unsatisfied in your relationships? Do hurts and disappointments from the past continue to bother you? I am dedicated to empowering my clients to make the meaningful changes needed to move towards their goals and the life they want. My clients gain self-confidence, self-knowledge, and an enhanced capacity to connect with others. I provide an opportunity to embark upon a process of personal growth and healing, in an atmosphere of compassion and support. I use an integrative approach to help my clients work through anxiety, depression, family/relationship issues, grief, life transitions, inhibitions in work or creativity, and managing chronic illness.
