Hi there, I'm Joanna!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience in a variety of settings with diverse populations, including medical facilities, community mental health, and mobile crisis, I have assisted individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, situational stressors, relationship problems, adjusting to life transitions, suicidal ideation, behavioral issues, trauma, loss and grief, generational trauma and more. Through a client-centered, collaborative process rooted in authenticity, a non-judgmental and respectful approach, we will work together to explore individual thoughts, feelings, symptoms, patterns, and ongoing or new concerns. Through this collaboration, we will focus on identifying and enhancing existing strengths, coping skills, resources, and support systems to assist you in navigating life’s stressors, improve interpersonal relationships and enhance your overall quality of life.
