Hi there, I'm Erica!

I have over 10 years of experience and have spent the last 4 years of those ten, working successfully with intensive needs clients experiencing severe depression, anxiety, and or psychosis. With my experience and exposure to different approaches, I will work with you and utilize the modality that best fits your mental health struggle, your life experience, and your personality. Lastly, and maybe most importantly I have been told so often that I am super-duper and easy to talk to. 😊 Life is hard and challenging and sometimes just plain laughable…to the point where you may be like, “Am I being punked right now!?” So if you're looking for someone who will listen to your unique issues, provide good quality care and interventions, and might make you laugh even when it seems impossible. I may be the right clinician for you.
