Hi there, I'm Amanda!

When working with clients, I believe the therapeutic alliance is key. I view each client as a unique individual who should be treated with empathy and compassion. Together we will work to unpack underlying feelings and core beliefs. I enjoy helping clients make sense of their experiences. I believe our childhood experiences impact our adulthood. When needed, I will provide psychoeducation as well as suggest behavioral modification. I will help you replace unhealthy behaviors and provide alternative options. My goal as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is to provide you with support and guidance as well as increase your self-awareness, strengthen your positive self-talk, and see your full potential.
