I believe in a mind, body, and soul approach to healing and that all healing is self-healing. I will be your guide as you work towards healing. I graduated from USC and have been a therapist since 2004. I utilize various modalities to help people heal from trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. I am EMDR-trained and trauma-informed. I also utilize CBT and Mindfulness. I am a certified yoga instructor and hypnotherapist. I teach breathwork, yogi science, and meditation. I am also an energy worker so I teach people to release emotions from their bodies and work with their chakras to help in the healing process. I guide people to connect more with their subconscious/ higher self/ soul. When this occurs; joy and peace can be experienced.

My focus
I specialize in helping people work through; trauma and a history of abuse, depression, grief and loss, anxiety, and panic attacks. I only work with women 18 and older. I want to work with women who are looking for an approach to therapy that is more holistic meaning focused not just on the mind but on the body and on a personal spiritual level.
