Hi there, I'm Pegah (Prousha)!

I would like to introduce myself. My name is Prousha Zalishahr, and I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have a master's degree in Counseling Psychology with an Emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy. Additionally, I have a PsyD. in clinical psychology as well. My goal as a therapist is to provide a supportive, nurturing environment and to collaboratively work together to understand the root of your underlying struggles. Most of all, I love to assist individuals in learning to love and nourish all parts of themselves. My areas of specialty are working with individuals who struggle with marital conflicts, addictions, life transitions, and individuals suffering from trauma.
