Hi there, I'm Kristen!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with 8 years of professional experience providing therapy. I genuinely care about the well-being of others and provide a realistic approach that will help meet each individual's needs/goals. It takes a lot of strength and courage to seek and ask for help; I am here to be an advocate and help assist you in rediscovering who you are and empower you through your healing process. I aim to create an environment where you feel understood and supported but also leave with practical tools that you can use immediately.
