Hi there, I'm Noah!

It is my fundamental belief that all people have the ability to grow, change, and heal. We live in a world fraught with stressors and uncertainty, and during these times, it is more important than ever to develop a sense of control and purpose in our lives. My focus is to assist you in exploring and understanding the factors that have led to your anxiety and depression and how these symptoms are impacting your relationships, sense of self, and the direction you have envisioned your life going. As a relational therapist, I can also assist you in strengthening your relationships with your loved ones. I offer a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where we can collaboratively work toward your goals by developing new understandings and coping strategies that focus on your strengths. I am passionate about helping you heal from the past while developing a sense of control, self-worth, and direction in your life. I am currently working with individuals, families, and adolescents. I have experience working with trauma/PTSD, OCD, depression, grief/loss, anxiety, stress, life transitions, self-esteem, substance abuse, and relationship issues.
