Hi there, I'm Vong!

The professional role to assist individuals with whatever life challenges and obstacles is a privilege to have and to obtain. Life can present itself in the most unusual circumstances that often feels out of reach, stressful and frustrating. These adverse effects can lead to anxiety, depression or a loss of self but there is hope. The partnership that I offered to you can assist in ways that will restore your abilities, discovered your uttermost potential and bring a level of confidence and sense of clarity and understanding. I will challenge us to seek the most optimal choices that are relevant, accepting and useful to you. I know that problems can arise when we least expect them, or we may suffer from some form of action. However, to all problems there also lies solutions. Let’s work together to move forward. I have been in the behavioral health setting for over 20 years and have experiences in a range of conditions from mild to moderate concerns and more serious mental health issues. I have a high value and appreciation for the diverse environment that can promote and stimulate your growth, adaptation and healing process. I’m a firm believer that anyone can recovery from very troubling experiencing and strive again as I have witnessed it time after time from the services that I have had the privileges in providing. Some of my approaches are naturally humanistic, strength base and solution focus. I use active listening to the benefit of the process so solutions and ideas can be easily discovered and identify. I have use cognitive behavioral approaches along with motivation interviewing to stimulate growth and factor in for possible changes that will assist you in meeting your goals.
