Hi there, I'm Blake!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor that specializes in working with those dealing with depression, anxiety, and women’s issues. I also have more than ten years of experience working with parents of children with disabilities and offering individual therapy to adolescents and adults with varying developmental disabilities. I aim to offer a safe therapeutic space in which we can work together to determine the right tools to help you lead a fulfilling and meaningful life. I am passionate about working with individuals to build self-esteem, challenge negative thoughts, and enhance relationships with others and with oneself. I utilize a holistic approach and incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, solution-focused therapy, as well as others. I believe that mental health and physical health are strongly connected and often encourage time outdoors, exercise, and self-care strategies for those who find themselves dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, chronic pain, and other medical conditions.
