My intention is to provide you with a safe space where you are supported and encouraged to address these challenges that may be showing up in your daily life in the form of excessive worries, stress, or deep sadness affecting how you relate with others around you. I will meet you where you are in your journey to help guide you to utilize positive coping skills, heal, and become mindful of your individual strengths and resiliency.
