Welcome! In life, we all encounter challenges and stress. I am here to help you, and I will create a warm and collaborative therapeutic environment to work together on your goals. I offer a non-pathologizing and empowering understanding of human issues to make the changes you wish to manifest in life. I specialized in mood challenges (depression, anxiety, fears, anger), post-traumatic stress/abuse, substance use dependence, defining life goals, and social issues. Like most therapists, I borrow from many sources that collectively make up my style. I feel honored to be chosen for this intimate work. Please know that I will guard your privacy, and our session will be a safe place to land your truths. As a bilingual/bicultural therapist, I can relate to ethnic and racial discrimination.
