Hi there, I'm Judith!

Change is difficult. It takes courage, strength, and commitment to want to improve your life. Whether you are wanting to make behavioral, emotional, spiritual, interpersonal, or health-related changes, I will help you explore these issues in depth. I am a generalist who works with adults and adolescents related to issues of depression, anxiety, panic insomnia, PTSD, anger, relationships, parenting, and many other concerns. I consider it an honor to journey with you as you strive to improve yourself, your life, and your relationships. The decision to begin therapy is a sign of strength, an indication that you are growth oriented and motivated. Professional counseling can be the bridge that allows you to not only work through life's challenges but also realize your own strengths and resiliencies. We will work together to help you identify the underlying causes that may be keeping you from all that you are meant to be. I provide a safe place where you can find healing, growth, restoration, and empowerment for last change. It is my passion to help you achieve relief from distress, including improving your relationships. I will support you in finding meaning in your struggle and create an open atmosphere where you can look at all of your options as you decide how to take the next steps in your life's journey. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 15-plus years of experience, offering compassion and support. I am EMDR certified, as well as hold a certificate in Grief Counseling. I provide various modalities of treatment, such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational and Positive Therapy approach to meet you where you are at while you progress down your path to joy.
