Hi there, I'm Vernalyn!

Hello. My name is Vernalyn, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have had the privilege of working with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, acute stress, life transitions, life stressors, family dynamic issues, coping with new medical diagnoses, end-of-life, and other various life challenges. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational therapy, solution-focused, psychodynamic, and client-centered approach. I will tailor my intervention to each specific client to best address their needs. I am passionate about working with individuals who are committed to making positive changes in their life, working towards personal goals and growth, and strengthening problem-solving skills. I am here to support and empower you in a warm, safe, trusting, collaborative, learning environment, and non-judgemental space. I look forward to working with you.
