Hi there, I'm Vania!

I support individuals throughout their lifespan, children, teens, adults as well as couples and families. I believe we are all souls working individually and collectively with and for one another; our individual betterment is for the betterment of all. Life is full of wonder, excitement, and challenges which shape and mold our unique experiences which have guided our paths to meet. Along the way, wherever you are at, let me meet you there and walk with you on the journey. I believe if you are ready, willing, and able to work with me, to encounter yourself, your true, unique, divine soul, healing and wellness will take place in the exact time and space that it is meant to occur for your highest good. My approach to therapy is creative and loving with truth and authenticity at its core. We all need more love. I intertwine both professional education and experience into the therapeutic relationship while you lead and guide your own journey. Psychodynamics, spiritualism, systems approach along with Universal truths and sensorimotor processing may be incorporated into the time together. Collaboration may take place while learning to breathe through your emotions and experiences and existing in a space of non-judgement and self-love.
