Hi there, I'm Courtney!

I believe that therapy is equivalent to maintenance checks on our cars. There are times when we just need a quick tune-up and other times, we realize that there is a little more work to be done. I approach therapy through a client-centered and psychodynamic lens with a hint of humor, as I believe that you are the expert of your life- I am simply here to help you navigate through it. I have experience working with adolescents, adult individuals, and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, marital conflict, and more.
