I am a licensed clinical social worker working with the women population. With a strong sense of compassion and counseling skills, a space is created that leads to successful treatment outcomes and a transformative therapeutic experience. I acknowledge the importance of healing as women to develop healthy relationships with ourselves and others in our lives.
My top modalities are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy. My specialities include anxiety, stress and women's issues.

My journey to mental healthcare
What drew me to therapy is the deep interest I have in truly listening and my natural ability to see others at their full potential. Most importantly, there were many times being a young child and coming into adulthood when I was in great need of someone I could put my trust in to help me through difficult times. I feel deeply grateful that I now have the opportunity to do that for others and above all show up for young girls and women who I see myself in.

My first session with you
In our first session, we will focus on relationship building and your life experiences that made you who you are today. We will then join together to solidify the perfect flow for future sessions that is accommodating to your current needs.
