Hi there, I'm Eileen!

Let’s dive into the universe that is You. There may come a time when you may feel stuck repeating patterns that seem to be draining the life out of you. My goal is to collaborate with you on your journey of self-exploration in order to gain insight and awareness into the components of your universe that are contributing to your “stuckness”. I believe that forming a therapeutic alliance that cultivates a safe and secure space for you to be able to access yourself in a deep and meaningful way is essential when making the decision to start therapy. For this reason, I prioritize focusing on starting where you are at and going at your own pace. In starting the process of exploration of your inner universe you will begin to gain more of an understanding of yourself. There is power in understanding yourself because healing starts with awareness of your inner workings. My hope is that our time together will help you understand yourself in such a way that will lead to a deeper sense of love and compassion not only for yourself but for others and the world around you. During my 5 years of experience as a therapist, I have helped individuals work through anxiety, depression, familial difficulties, trauma, infidelity, burnout, and self-esteem issues. I have mainly worked with adults 18+ utilizing a strength-based, psychodynamic, and holistic approach.
