Hi there, I'm Cynthia!

Welcome! I'm glad you're here. As a therapist, I do my best to be kind, honest, and intentional in my communication, so this is what therapy with me might look like: I'm really listening to you, offering gentle reflections of yourself and your relational patterns (or more direct, whatever style of communication feels safest to you), and co-creating a supportive space to be curious about yourself, your relationships, and your purpose. List of things we could talk about: existential questioning, queerness, systemic oppression, and all the isms, cultural identity, intergenerational trauma, meaning-making, aging, death & dying, grief & loss, and sex (or simply what's going on in your life and how can you feel better?) In addition, to talk therapy, I can also offer other types of therapy that incorporate the mind-body connection: Brainspotting (BSP) and Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM)
