Are you a young lady or an adult woman who is having difficulty navigating life? Do you have a daughter who needs help? Difficulties in life can cause crisis, guilt, shame, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, a lack of faith and hope, and a lack of understanding of who you are and what you stand for. If you are interested in straightening your path, gaining clarity, and building faith, please consider reaching out. I have a total of 15 years of experience helping children/adolescents and adults with challenging life issues. I got my start in the helping field as a therapist for children/adolescents with autism/developmental disorders. I have experience with adolescent girls in mental health rehab and with adults in traditional therapy. I believe compassion is the way to help you achieve the best you.
