I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker skilled in providing therapeutic interventions to clients of any age from any background. As a clinician, I have over 10 years of experience providing direct services to adults, teens, families, and couples. I am an accomplished solution-focused therapist specializing in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and abuse issues. I work with individuals experiencing stress, panic attacks, LGBTQ+ issues, relationship difficulties, and crisis situations. I tailor services to meet each client's specific needs, using an eclectic toolbox of skills drawn from multiple approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and other relevant modalities to assist my clients in their journey toward wellness. I provide treatment consistent with the recovery model and take a holistic approach, meaning I provide comprehensive support for the whole person--not just your mental health needs. I work with you to ensure your emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. You already have the basis for a happier and healthier life, and I am committed to helping you get there. I can give you new perspectives on the valuable, meaningful human experience you are having.
