Welcome, my name is Tameka Coleman. I offer a collaborative process that helps you access the strength within and to help build self-esteem, self-care and self-love. I am dedicated to helping clients make positive change and will meet you where you are while assisting you in obtaining your goals in therapy.
My approach
I have experience in evidence-based treatment modalities that include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Attachment therapy (AT)and emotionally focused therapy (EFT).
My focus
I support individuals with difficulties including anxiety, depression, anger, mood swings trauma and unhealthy relationship patterns. I have experience working with adolescence, individual, couples and families.
My communication style
During the first session we will build a rapport to ensure a trusting relationships.
