Hi there, I'm Michelle!

My practice specializes in working with individuals to treat anxiety, depression, and related disorders. In therapy you can lay out your concerns & your story in a safe & accepting space; discover your accidental participation in things that bother you & figure out what you can & can not change or control; gain useful skills for self-care & interactions with others; & get support while you practice those new skills. Change is hard for everyone however people in general are infinitely adaptable as long as they have the support & skills they need to navigate change. I provide individual therapy via telehealth. I am a certified mindfulness and meditation guide and often use cognitive behavioral therapy to help individuals work through problems that interfere with living meaningful, enriching, and enjoyable lives. My approach is tailored to each individual need and is informed by careful consideration of one's background. Imagine what your life would be like if you give your important relationships the same time and attention you give your school, work, hobbies, pets, sports, or children. Through therapy, you can regain your sense of self-worth, peace, and fulfillment.
