Hi there, I'm Priscilla!

Priscilla is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who obtained a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Miami. She believes that therapy is a collaborative process and guides clients to develop insight, decrease symptoms, and explore interpersonal strengths to have a more meaningful life experience. Priscilla enjoys working with individuals experiencing distress in the following areas including but not limited to depression, anxiety, transitional life changes, family distress, interpersonal & relationship concerns, cultural/ethnic issues, and eating disorders. Priscilla works from a range of therapeutic interventions that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), stress management, increasing self-worth, mindfulness, brief solution-focused therapy, assertiveness training, mood management, anxiety reduction, empowerment, and work/life balance.
