Hi there, I'm Matthew!

Hello! My name is Matthew and I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC #8304). I specialize in working with adult clients that struggle with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, Christian Spirituality (doubt/purpose/meaning/identity), trauma, and men's related issues (insecurity/anger/grief). I utilize an Integrative approach incorporating CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). All of these allow me several different approaches to formulating the best treatment plan that fits your individual needs. I provide a warm, genuine, and collaborative process during therapy. I know that opening up and sharing your story with another individual is difficult and you are not alone. I believe true healing comes to those that are willing to admit that they have fallen down and have a deep desire to get back up. My hope is to inspire, motivate, and educate clients by providing them with helpful tools that are life-changing and realistic in practice. Every journey begins with a single step! I look forward to hearing your story. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, playing tennis and golf, relaxing at the beach, reading psychology and theology books, and finding the best place in town for great Mexican food. Yum!
