Hi there, I'm Monique!

I believe therapy has the potential to give us the power and tools to build the life we want for ourselves. Therapy gives us the tools and confidence to explore past and present relationships and life outlooks and gets in touch with our mind and body. As a therapist, I guide you through life obstacles, past trauma, and negative thoughts that hinder progress and undermine your confidence. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore thoughts, feelings, and life events. I teach you skills and build tools to strengthen your confidence to heal and rewrite your internal dialogue to take on your goals. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing which is an evidence-based treatment for PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focus Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Therapy.
