Hi there, I'm Casara!

One of my great passions has always been helping others. Experiencing unhappiness, sorrow, struggles, and difficult issues is part of life. My goal as a therapist is to meet you where you are at and provide a safe space to explore and share emotions, thoughts, needs and wants free from judgment. Aligning with you, and seeing the world through your eyes, I can help you to develop healthy perceptions of self, strengthen relationships, and meet goals to have improved quality of life and health. Psychotherapy is a collaborative process and through therapy, I can offer tools and interventions that can help you get to your desired destination. I have worked with many different client populations which include children, adolescents, and adults, and truly enjoy what I do. I know that no single approach works for every individual so I am knowledgeable in a variety of modalities which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused, and strength-based.
