Hi there, I'm Elias!

I am a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT/93431). I am bilingual and bicultural with over 15 years of clinical experience. I utilize my cultural sensitivity to understand my client's struggles. I use a variety of evidence-based practices to equip you with the skills needed to take on life’s challenges. At the same time, I will empower you and help you gain insight into the resources you already have. I incorporate evidenced based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy, among others. My goal for all my clients is that they would have a safe space to experience a powerful transformation in themselves and their relationships. I believe that having an authentic and collaborative relationship is essential in our work together. I am ready now to partner with you. You don't know to have all the words. Wherever you are in the process I will meet you there and we can work toward the goals you have to live a purposeful lifestyle.
