Hi there, I'm Margaret!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Communication from the University of Southern California and received my Master's Degree in Applied Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles. I have developed special interests in treating stress and anxiety issues, and trauma and supporting clients through the process of recovery from narcissistic abuse. In my sessions, I use evidence-based treatment methods that have been shown by research to be most effective for specific concerns. I view therapy as a process of growth and self-discovery and I enjoy collaborating with my clients in living conscious and meaningful lives. In my free time, I have co-hosted the KABC Radio Show, “On the Couch” and currently volunteer with Mindful Youth Collaborative, a mindfulness-based education organization. I promote behavioral transformation and emotional healing by treating underlying maladaptive psychological factors. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. In my therapy sessions, I have the tools, training, and professional experience to help you move forward. In your first visit, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your plan for moving forward, and any questions or concerns you may have about the process of psychotherapy.
