Hi there, I'm Diana!

As a Licensed Clinician Social Worker, I have been working in the mental health field for 30 years. I am Bilingual and Spanish speaking. I have great passion and love for the work that I do. I have worked with children, adults, and the elderly. I have worked with people who are chronically mentally ill as well as with people who struggle with their daily lives. I have provided individual therapy, done some group work, and worked with couples. Life is difficult in and of itself, but when we have issues with depression and anxiety, life is more difficult. I strongly believe that as human beings, there is nothing we can not accomplish, but we need to be aware of what is working and what is not. Many times, due to multiple stressors, negative thoughts, fears, substance abuse, anger, frustration, and wrong choices we make, we lose our way. The road of life has many turns, twists, and dead ends, and we can get lost. I am here to help you get out of life what you want and help you process your issues, learn new ways to cope, or maybe look at life differently, and you will no longer be on your own. Providing emotional support helps you see things that may be affecting your life negatively. Helping you learn to accept yourself because you are true, despite all these things that are weighing you down, a great human being.
