Hello! I am a trained licensed psychotherapist with degrees from Fort Hays State and Louisiana State University. I have been working in the mental health field for almost a decade and have experience treating a wide range of individuals who suffer from phobias, depression, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and substance abuse. I truly understand that every person who enters this world is unique and so are their mental health struggles. My objective is to assist clients in implementing changes that will last. I currently provide therapeutic services in a comfortable environment that provides you with the security to be more open and free. Telehealth sessions can take place everywhere there is a phone or a device with internet connectivity. Wherever you feel comfortable sharing. Pick your own option. Finding a therapist you click with is a crucial step on your route to healing and security in your life, in my opinion. To find out if I'm the ideal therapist for you, get in touch with me for a free 20-minute consultation. I look forward to us working together. C. "MEME" CLARK, LCSW

My therapeutic approach is welcoming, cooperative, genuine, and sprinkled with humor.
My goals for you
When I approach goal setting, I work collaboratively with individuals who have the desire to work at the core of their barrier(s). Strength and Solution Focused based approaches are implemented to encourage and support individuals in developing their overall treatment goals. This approach sets the tone for a clear understanding of treatment, treatment expectations, and how that alines with their overall treatment goal(s).
My first session with you
During the first session, we conduct a brief intake which I also like to call "the intro/orientation session". We use this first session to get to know one another, start treatment planning, and set goals.
