I have been working as a psychotherapist since 2005 and have accumulated a great deal of experience.
My approach
My mission as a psychotherapist is to help you reach your optimal well-being and fullest potential. I specialize in interventions aimed at providing relief from pain and bringing about awareness through an integrated approach. I incorporate a variety of theories and modalities that would best fit your needs. I may use Systems Theory to explore your family structure, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to explore your thought, feelings, and behavior, Psychodynamic to explore your past childhood experiences, or EMDR to process a traumatic experience.
My focus
My sessions are aimed at helping you gain the tools you need to overcome difficult circumstances. I hope we can work together to make your therapeutic goals a reality. I have treated clients who have suffered from depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, loss, performance anxiety, and self-esteem, as well as those who have difficulty dealing with significant life changes. Through our sessions, clients learned tools and coping mechanisms that helped them overcome their difficult circumstances or better handle their ongoing problems.
