Hi there, I'm Jennifer!

We all experience life from our own unique perspectives. How we perceive the circumstances surrounding us is a truly individual response, requiring an equally individual approach to healing. We all have the capability to heal- our minds, bodies, and spirits are wired toward finding equilibrium, but everyone needs help getting there at times. I approach therapy from a perspective that honors your unique experiences and responses to the world around you from childhood through adulthood- we never stop growing. Feeling stuck at times, like our wheels (and our minds) are just spinning in place - this is a natural part of the human condition - every life comes with challenges. Through the establishment of an empathetic and truly accepting relationship, we work towards that healing, that equilibrium we all wish to achieve. I have worked in the field of clinical social work for 20 years in medical and behavioral health settings and utilize multiple modalities to tailor treatment to my client’s individual needs. These approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness (MBSR), Trauma-informed interventions, and Supportive Psychotherapy. My specialties include Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Chronic and Acute Illness, Grief, and Loss.
