At points in our lives, we may find ourselves feeling stuck, searching for another perspective, and wanting to improve our mental health. A meaningful therapeutic relationship can provide you with a safe space to explore your authentic self, gain insight, and heal so that you can move forward. I am a compassionate, culturally sensitive, and mindfulness-based therapist with extensive experience and advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I integrate CBT and DBT in my holistic and humanistic therapeutic approach to help you identify ways to better manage stress, practice self-care, and tap into your strengths. I recognize the dignity and worth of every individual and provide a space free of judgment to process traumatic events, connect with purpose and joy, and experience the fullness of life.
