Hi there, I'm Michelle!

I am dedicated to helping individuals find resources and tools needed to overcome the stress of everyday life and life's unexpected challenges. My goal is to help others discover their self-worth, courage, and strength. I enjoy seeing progress and positive change in people's behaviors, thoughts, and life. I believe our quality of life is directly related to the quality of relationships, the ability to maintain relationships, life experiences, and the knowledge we gain from our experiences. I have eight years of experience in the mental health field, working in a nonprofit agency, youth residential treatment, and one-on-in-home home ABA services. I use a combination of solutions, Focused CBT, and DBT that may help meet clients' needs depending on each individual's unique circumstances. I assist people in identifying problematic behavior, reflect on how their experiences in life have shaped these patterns, and challenge clients to discuss possible solutions to experience problems in a new way.
