Hi there, I'm Adrian!

In a safe, nonjudgmental, and collaborative setting, I aim to assist clients to feel empowered, resilient, self-accepted, and better equipped to handle life’s varying stressors. My specialties include working with adult clients with issues ranging from Anxiety, Depression, and self-esteem issues; to particular issues related to adjustment, career challenges, loneliness, stress, sports performance, and trauma-related subjects. My therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Psychodynamic Therapy. Drawing from various healing modalities enriches my understanding of the individual and illuminates the path and process to meet your treatment needs. I am not working with suicidal ideation clients.
