Hi there, I'm Janet!
I am Janet Park, LMFT and my goal is to be a partner with you in your life journey. My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and empathetic, and I use various therapeutic modalities to attend to each individual’s needs.
My approach
I am insight-oriented in my approach, helping individuals further explore and understand their inner experiences. My belief is that self-understanding gives us guidance and clarity on where we need healing, and through the process, I integrate different interventions or skill-building based on each person's needs.
My focus
I typically work with adult individual clients experiencing a variety of struggles, including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, low self-esteem, identity concerns, and more.
My communication style
I always strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to build trust in our therapeutic relationship. My hope is for clients to feel seen and heard in their individual experiences and supported in whatever struggles they are facing.
